Who we are

Serendipity Hair Studio is a hair, nails and brows salon at 3326 S Del Prado Blvd, Suite 5, Cape Coral, FL 33904 — (239) 540-9002. This page explains what information we collect when you book an appointment on our website, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

What we collect and why

When you book an appointment on our website, we ask for:

• Your name
• Your mobile phone number
• The service and stylist you choose
• Your appointment date and time
• The language you booked in (English or Spanish)

We use this only to schedule, confirm and manage your appointment — and, if you opt in, to send you the appointment text messages described below. We do not ask for your email address or any payment information on the booking form, and we do not process payments online.

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic technical data (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance. We don't use this to identify or market to you.

Appointment texts (SMS)

If you'd like text updates about your appointment, you can check an optional box under the phone field on our booking form — it is unchecked by default, and booking works whether or not you check it. The consent text reads:

If you opt in, we may send up to 2 text messages per booking, in the language you booked in: a confirmation right after you book and a reminder two hours before your appointment. We never send marketing or promotional texts, and our messages never contain links. Messages are only sent between 8am and 9pm, salon time.

Reply STOP at any time to stop these texts, or HELP for help. You can also just call us at (239) 540-9002.

We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep your data

We automatically delete your appointment information about 60 days after your appointment date. We don't keep a separate marketing list.

Security

Your appointment information is stored on access-controlled systems. Only our staff can see it, through a private, password-protected panel — it is never public or searchable.

Your choices

If you opted in to text messages, reply STOP at any time to stop them, or HELP for help. You can also ask us to delete your information by calling (239) 540-9002. Opting in to text messages is never required to book an appointment.
